These are the actual dashboards, running live, on demo data for companies that do not exist. Click a bar, sort a column, pick an issue and watch the examples underneath filter. It is the same file you get for free, pointed at made-up data instead of yours.
Eight checks across a Sage 50 customer, supplier and transaction export: missing contact details, credit limits nobody set, balances that disagree with the ledger, and duplicate accounts under two spellings of the same name.
Demo data throughout. Slow to load the first time, because it is a real Power BI report and not a picture of one. Text a bit small? Open it full size in a new tab.
This is demo data. Yours will look different.
Same dashboard, free, running on your own Sage 50 export in about ten minutes. It reads your data on your machine and sends nothing anywhere.
Nine checks across accounts, contacts and opportunities: deals sitting past their close date, opportunities with no amount, accounts with nobody to ring, and the same company recorded twice.

Ten checks across customers, vendors, general ledger entries and items: postings with no dimensions, which drop out of every departmental and project breakdown, entries with nothing written in the description, blocked customers still carrying a balance, and items with no cost to work a margin from.

The catch-all for every other system: point it at a folder of CSV exports and nine checks run across every file. Rows counted twice in every total, prices with a stray pound sign that stop a column adding up, dates that have not happened yet, and the same value spelt three different ways.

Every figure on these pages is generated. No client data has ever been near them, and none ever will be: the free download runs on your machine and reads your data where it already lives, so it never reaches me either.
Same file, one difference
What you download is this, with the demo connection swapped for yours and a note in the corner about the paid version. The checks, the scoring and the wording are identical.
Yours will score worse
Nearly everyone's does. These demo companies were tuned down twice because the first pass looked made up. If yours comes back at 90 you have a genuinely tidy system, and I would like to see it.
Now run it on your own data.
The file is free, it opens in Power BI Desktop, and nothing you point it at leaves your machine. Ten minutes to a score out of 100 and a ranked list of what is wrong.
