Every price published · no day rates

Everything I do, with the price on it.

Most consultancies make you book a call to find out what anything costs. Every engagement here has a number, a fixed scope and a stated turnaround, so you can work out whether it fits before you speak to me. Assessments credit against the work that follows them.

How we fix it

A reporting system people want to use.

Audit-ready, decision-ready Power BI reporting: well-modelled data, traceable logic, trusted measures and proper design thinking. Every price below is published, and every assessment credits against the work that follows it.

How the pricing works

Assessments credit forward

The £950 Health Check comes off a bigger assessment in full within 90 days, and half of any assessment fee comes off the build work that follows it. Paying to find out where you stand is not money spent twice.

Fixed scope, so the price holds

Every fixed price names what it covers: how many reports, how many models, how many source systems, how many days. Where a job genuinely cannot be scoped up front, it says so and gets quoted after a look rather than guessed at.

You are not buying days

Nothing here is sold as a day rate, because a day rate makes my speed your problem. Fixed fees mean getting faster benefits you, and the incentive to pad an estimate disappears.

Paying for the bigger engagements

The Health Check and the Watch care tier can be paid online because their scope is fixed and small. Everything above that starts with a conversation, because a fixed price on work I have not scoped is a promise I have no business making, and because most of these depend on a number only you can tell me: how many reports, how many models, how big the database. Invoice, bank transfer or card, whichever suits your finance team.

Not sure which one fits? That's what the call is for.

Stop arguing about the numbers. Start using them.

Book a fixed-price Power BI Health Check and find out how trusted, usable and audit-ready your reporting really is, and exactly what to do next.
