£195 · one hour · your data, not a demo

You ran the dashboard. Now what do you actually fix?

The free dashboard gives you a score and a ranked list. What it cannot do is get itself pointed at your data, or tell you which of those issues is worth your Tuesday. That is this hour. We get it running on your own records, read the score properly, and I name the three things to fix first and how to fix them.

What the hour is

We plug it in

Screen share, your machine, your data. Most people stall at exactly this point: the parameters, the folder, the connection. We get past it together and you keep a working dashboard you can re-run whenever you like.

I read your score

A number out of 100 is not an answer. I tell you which checks dragged it down, which of those actually matter for your business, and which ones look alarming but are not worth touching.

Three things to fix

Named, in order, with how to do each one. Not a report you file. The three jobs you could start on Monday, and what each one buys you.

The Setup Hour

£195

One hour, live, on your own data. Nothing to prepare beyond having downloaded the free dashboard.

Book it on a call

Credited in full against a Health Check. If you go on to book the £950 Power BI Health Check within 90 days, the £195 comes off it. So this costs you nothing if it turns into the bigger job, and £195 if it does not.

What it is not

It is not the Health Check. The Health Check scores your whole Power BI estate against 48 written checks and hands back a report card and a costed roadmap. This is one hour on one free dashboard, and there is no written deliverable at the end of it.

It is not a sales call either. You are paying for the hour, so the hour is yours. If at the end of it the honest answer is that you do not need anything else from me, that is what I will tell you.

I will not ask for your passwords or your credentials. You drive, on your own screen, and everything stays on your machine exactly as it does with the free dashboard.

Most people who download a free tool never run it. Not because the tool is bad, but because there is always something more urgent than working out where the connection string goes. An hour with someone who has done it a hundred times is usually the difference.

Not sure this is the one you need?

A 20-minute call costs nothing and is the fastest way to work out whether you want the hour, the Health Check, or nothing at all.
