For people who downloaded the dashboard
You've seen the score. Here's what fixing it costs.
Checking your download…
This page is for people who ran the free dashboard.
It opens automatically the moment you download it, and stays open for a week. If you already downloaded it, use the link from that page again in the same browser. If you closed it, grab the dashboard again and the link comes straight back.

Why it's cheaper for you
You've already done the part that usually takes me half a day: you've pointed something at your own data and found out what's in it. That shortens the job, so it costs less. The work itself is identical to the full-price version, and so is everything I hand back.
After seven days the price goes back to normal. Not a trick, just the point at which you're a fresh start again rather than someone carrying on.
Your week is up.
The download discount ran out, but nothing else changed. Both assessments are still there at their normal price, and a 20-minute call is still free and still the fastest way to work out which one you actually need.
Still not run it on your own data?
An hour, and it is working.
If the dashboard is still sitting in your downloads folder, that is the normal outcome and it is not your fault. Most people stall at the connection, not the concept. For £195 I get it running on your own records, read the score with you properly, and name the three things to fix first.
Credited in full against a Health Check within 90 days, so it costs nothing if it turns into the bigger job.
Something went wrong at my end.
Your download is unaffected. Email [email protected], mention the dashboard, and I'll honour whatever you were owed.
